NEPEAN Conveyors has a commitment to quality that has resulted in the development of an ISO 9001:2008 accredited quality system that focuses on absolute customer satisfaction and a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement.


NEPEAN Conveyors (incorporating Nepean Shared Services) are committed to world class procurement, design, fabrication, manufacture, supply, installation and servicing of conveyor system solutions and support services that meet customer needs, and conforms to contractual and regulatory requirements.

NEPEAN Conveyors' Quality System is maintained to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 and is externally assessed to meet these requirements. 

We aim to develop and maintain leadership in all our markets and to enhance the success stories of our customers by continuously improving the quality, reliability, fitness for purpose and technical specifications of the equipment and services that we offer, whilst remaining competitive. 

Customer satisfaction is the measure of our achievement in obtaining the objectives we set ourselves as a business. We actively pursue and measure customer satisfaction and manage the feedback with formal corrective, preventive and improvement activity. 

Quality is the responsibility of every person at NEPEAN Conveyors and our systems reflect self-management of quality "in process" as well as governance and conformity checking to ensure customer and regulatory compliance criteria are met. 

We encourage employees to be involved in the development and implementation of quality practices and every person is expected and encouraged to strive for excellence in both product quality and customer service.
